Cap (by Condere) is an online tool for building a financial business plan. These terms govern its use.

Access is obtained through a single payment of CHF 29, granting lifetime access to the service as is, including updates. Payment is processed by Stripe.

As this is digital content supplied immediately, access begins as soon as payment is made. For any refund request, contact bp@condere.ch — we handle reasonable requests in good faith.

Cap is a simulation tool: it does not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Results depend on the assumptions you enter. Condere cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of these simulations.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance, third-party incidents).

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction: the registered office of the publisher, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
