Terms of Service

Cap (by Condere) is an online tool for building a financial business plan. These terms govern its use.

Access is obtained through a one-time payment of CHF 29, granting lifetime access to the service as is, updates included. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access can also be activated via a licence purchased on Gumroad.

Satisfied or refunded within 14 days. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, by simply emailing bp@condere.ch — no justification needed. After this period, as access is digital content delivered immediately, no refund is due.

Cap is a simulation tool: it does not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Results depend on the assumptions you enter. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of these simulations.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance, third-party incidents).

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Geneva, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
